For twenty times the price of an EDI LINE basic package, a separate version is available for data centers. The basic S and XL packages do not include converters in the price. For the basic package S, only a single converter can be purchased and activated. The complete package XS can only exchange data with stratEDI and is not expandable.
Travel costs and expenses for activities outside of the business quarters of Global EDI GmbH are calculated additionally. For some regions (depending on the zip code), there are fixed fee zones (price per colleague). The travel costs per vehicle are calculated based on kilometers traveled by travel time (per person); other forms of travel can be calculated using the price of transportation (i.e., ticket price) plus travel time (per person). Expenses are calculated based on the current expense norm in German, plus overnight costs per person.
In der Preisliste sind auch Lizenzen für die EDI-Branchenlösungen (Komplettpakete) für die »Sage« New Classic, »Sage« 50 Auftrag und »Sage« 100 (Office Line) aufgeführt. Der eigentliche EDILINE Konverter für EDIFACT, Global EDI, VDA und XML wird hier als Basispaket bezeichnet.
Updates and license expansions (i.e., new converters) for users without a valid software maintenance contract are not offered. Tip: When purchasing an EDI LINE license, sign a software maintenance contract as well.
Note concerning updates: Users with a valid software maintenance contract will receive the basic package and converters through a live update only. A CD-ROM/DVD can be supplied for a fixed handling fee of 39.00 euros.
We send our invoices via email. For an administration fee of 5.00 euros for each document, we will ship on request by mail.
